Natasha Nischol speaks about having an artistic approach towards make-up and inculcating the same in her workshops at the Fat Mu academy
Fat Mu stands for ‘film and television make-up’, ‘fashion and trends make-up’’, and ‘fringe and theatre make-up’. Nischol points out, “We encompass all of this. The name reflects who we are – young, quirky, and different.” Every person is different and needs to be treated differently. As Nischol emphasises, “At Fat Mu we believe in individuality and a positive approach towards make-up. Each person is unique in their own way and our approach is to embrace that individuality instead of creating clones of each other, whilst not only bringing out the best features but also for people to see the person first and not the make-up. We make sure that when our client goes out in public, they are noticed not for their make-up but their radiating personality.”
