The stage was set for a starry afternoon in Mumbai when the crême de la crême of the Hindi film industry and Hollywood came together for a casual fun Sunday brunch hosted by Anand Mahindra and Rohit Khattar to launch the inaugural Mumbai Mantra/Sundance Screenwriters Lab. Actors, writers, directors and a host of creative minds rubbed shoulders at the well-attended do at JW Marriott to support the non-profit initiative that would benefit the Indian film industry. Glasses clinked and the conversation got livelier over a sumptuous spread.
